Lisa and Anja shooting the Hawaii sequence. While all the exterior shots had been shot on location on Hawaii Islands the interior scenes are actually shot in Vancouver.

The Hawaii scenes are shot with camcorders while the Vancouver scenes have been shot with a Canon EOS 5 , allowing the DP to use some Hitchock-style focusing only possible with the Canon´s bigger sensor.
